so, I had posted these a while ago but took them down because they were bothering me.

anyway, this is my coach and the horse she bred, trained, showed, and eventually sold. they hadn’t seen each other in years, but we saw them at a show we went to. trainerlady went to say hi and ohmygod, it was adorable how much nellie recognized her. she kept nudging her and cuddling up and stuff. seriously, look at the horse’s face - she completely remembers. 

reason number a thousand and one why I love horses - they don’t forget us :D
